Stucco Pew. Metal lathing installed around foam construction, concrete + stucco plastered over. Stretched PVC film over wood framing.
A materialized and solidified past | the cementing of a memory, a desire.
Approaching the send-off to nostalgia.

VACUUM SEAL BAG, ALGINATE, FOUND FABRIC, ROCKS, COTTON.
Sewed fabric stomachs stuffed with rocks and cotton stuffing. Stomachs doused in dyed alginate. Assortments of stomachs and rocks vacuum sealed in plastic bags. 
Surgical removal and storing of anxious organs - A direct solution.

Concrete Gloves, Cast around sand-filled rubber gloves. Industrial decoration with zinc rods, paint stencils and spray paint.
Extension of the body or in hindrance to __ Restraint and entrapment from attachment.
Put your hand in, and try to move.

A sort of call-back to the first collection of projects, referencing the columns / shallow incisions translated into hinges.
Concave and Convex, constantly leaning - Interact with it, a myriad of possible formations.
When sketching this piece, the fluidity of its different forms was vital.

Limited, quaint, ambiguous human form
Carved and sanded to fit a hand comfortably. Viewer’s interaction with the piece is disturbance – a perversion to its quaint form.
Being caught “red-handed” -- red coating left on hand
